Chief Executive Officer
Evelyn Baylin began her professional career in 1984 by founding Classic Design Contracting, a unique woman-owned home improvement company that was eventually blended into Net-AV. Evelyn's business and financial acumen has been critical to the growth and success of Net-AV, driving the company to a record revenue mark in 2010. In addition to managing the day-to-day business operation, she oversees strategic planning, the development of new systems and processes, and new business development.
Ron Baylin, CTS
With his wife, Evelyn, Ron Baylin founded Net-AV in 2000. Ron quickly realized that the future was in networked systems and saw an opportunity to bring his talents for IT integration into play. As committed to honesty and integrity as he is to innovation, Ron's hands-on field management has helped build Net-AV one relationship at a time; he is proud that his success is due primarily to referrals and repeat business from satisfied customers.
Dawn Meade, MBA, CTS
Director of Marketing
Dawn Meade is an AV industry professional with over a decade in the field. She has over 20 years experience in Marketing, Advertising and Web Design. In addition to her work at Net-AV, she is a Board Member of AVNation where she serves as host of their AVSocial podcast and is a frequent guest commentator on their other tech industry podcasts. She is currently an Adjunct Faculty Member of Infocomm University, and has served on several Infocomm Committees and Councils.
She holds Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) designation from Infocomm International and is also a member of the National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA). In 2014, she was named to Commercial Integrator magazine's "40 Under 40 Top Industry Influencers" and she is regularly quoted in that and other industry magazines. She is a technology blogger and a frequent voice on social media where she is best known as @AVDawn.
Holly Givler is the nexus of all activity at Net-AV, supporting the entire team and the internal point of contact for everyone in every way. Holly's experience in banking means she's on top of the details; her experience with customer service means she knows the importance of being responsive and easy to work with. For her part, Holly loves the family atmosphere at Net-AV and is glad to be such an integral part of the team.
ITS Support Specialist
Tyler grew up at Net-AV, learning his basic IT skills at the knee of his father, Ron. Having an aptitude for computers, he officially joined Net-AV in 2009 to provide the company with IT Support while studying computers at a local college. He earned an AA in 2011 and is currently working on a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from UMBC, when he isn't taking care of Net-AV's IT needs.
A long-time friend of the Baylins, Sam graduated from McDaniel College in 2013 with a Business Administration degree. He came to Net-AV as something of an intern, but quickly earned a regular position as a Sales Engineer. He has a real knack for the technical demands of the industry and we are happy to have him on the team.
Art Jenne, CTS, DMC-E
Just like so many of our clients, Art Jenne came to Net-AV through a referral from a friend and has been a part of the team since 2008. Attracted by both the corporate culture and reputation for quality, Art enjoys the challenge of finding the right equipment for each job and integrating the individual pieces into a fully functional system. Art had CAD experience and is an ACE Control System Installation Expert, certified by Lutron and Sivoia QED for Pro AV, Crestron Certification and has received Tandberg Technical Training.
Frank Steinert, CTS
Over his almost-ten years with Net-AV, Frank Steinert has leveraged his expertise in facilities management by overseeing the customized design/build of many boardrooms, conference rooms, and video teleconference centers—and prides himself on quickly finding thoughtful solutions to difficult challenges, both in the field and at the project site. Frank is a triple threat: true craftsmen with audio-video, IT, and facilities talents, plus the experience to customize or custom fabricate whatever is needed to get the job done.
Danny Chenault, CTS
Danny Chenault has been with Net-AV since 2008. A lifelong AV hobbyist and musician with over 20 years' experience, he came to us with TechWorks Certificate from Sheffield Institute of the Recording Arts, and he has been a valuable asset for the company since day 1. He has taken classes from Crestron, AMX, and Lutron among others, and is experienced with basic construction skills, low-voltage electrical, AV integration and commissioning and field team management. Danny served as Senior Field Technician, heading up our Field Installation crews prior to promotion to his current role as Service Manager.
