Retrofits

New construction has a GC. Your retrofit has nobody — until you call us.

An occupied room with finished walls, no as-builts, and unknown cable in the ceiling takes more construction judgment, not less. There's no general contractor on site quarterbacking the trades. That's exactly the job we're built for.

What we do

Why retrofits are our territory.

We read what isn't drawn

No as-builts? Thirty years on both sides of the wall means we know what's likely behind that wall and above that ceiling — and how to find out before we cut.

We quarterback the trades

No GC on site means nobody's coordinating the electrician, the cabling, and the patch-and-paint. We are.

We handle the construction too

Our crew does AV, cabling, and security; we manage the drywall, framing, ceiling, paint, and electrical through vetted contractor partners — so it stays one call.

We work around your people

Phased work, after-hours when needed, so the room comes back online without shutting your business down.

Both sides of the wall

We can support every construction requirement — one call, even for the parts our crew doesn't self-perform.

Our own team doesn't swing hammers — but we scope the construction, estimate it, and manage it through contractor partners we've vetted, because we've done the work ourselves. So a retrofit that needs drywall, a ceiling opened, conduit run, and a wall patched is still one accountable party. Most AV companies stop at the low-voltage — and on an occupied, undrawn room, working both sides of the wall is the whole game. And on new construction, when there is a general contractor, we're glad to be the low-voltage partner on your team.

Retrofitting a space?

The free site assessment is where retrofits start — we walk it, read what's there, and tell every trade what to do.
